Norfolk County Collective Agreement

Norfolk County Council (NCC) supports the principle of collective bargaining and believes that labour relations issues can best be resolved through discussion and agreement. In this context, we recognize the value of union membership for workers. Norfolk County Council is covered by the requirement, and figures for 2017-18 are shown below. Number of hours devoted to union activities as a percentage of the total duration of the facility paid: the number of employees who held relevant trade union positions during the reporting period: the Union`s Facility Time Publication Requirements 2017 Regulations came into force on April 1, 2017. These rules require that public sector companies affecting employers be required to compile and publish annual data on the amount and cost of the facility period in their organization.
